Apple Music
Streaming and a library I've been building for fifteen years
Apple Music is where my music life lives. The library integration is the reason I've stayed — I've been building a personal collection since iTunes days, and Apple Music is the only streaming service that treats that library as a first-class thing rather than an afterthought. Songs you own sit alongside streamed ones without any visible seam.
The algorithmic recommendations are hit and miss, but the editorial playlists are often genuinely good, particularly for discovering things adjacent to what you already like. I use it across all my devices and it syncs reliably, which sounds basic but is actually the most important thing in a music app.
