Samsung Galaxy Watch 6

Health tracking that actually surfaces useful patterns over time without nagging you about them.

I wear the Galaxy Watch 6 on days when I want richer health data and a slightly more considered watch aesthetic. The round face reads more naturally on the wrist than the square Apple Watch form factor, and the Samsung Health integration is genuinely good for tracking fitness patterns across weeks rather than just prompting you about today's ring.

Sleep tracking is where it earns its place. The advanced sleep analysis distinguishes stages with reasonable accuracy and the Energy Score metric is a useful morning signal — a way to glance at overnight recovery without diving into data before coffee.

The blood pressure monitoring (with periodic cuff calibration) is a standout feature not available on competing watches. I check it periodically rather than obsessively, which is probably the right cadence for most people and the one the Samsung Health app nudges you toward.

Battery lands at around two days with moderate tracking. Not exceptional but predictable — I charge every other night and it's consistently ready. The magnetic charger is proprietary but the charging speed is fine for the use pattern.
